多靶点治疗原发性头痛的疗效
Effect of the impact of multiple-target therapy on serum PPARγ, MMP-9 and LPA levels in primary headache patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of multiple-target therapy in primary headache patients and its influence on serum PPARγ,MMP-9 and LPA levels.Methods 130 patients who fulfill the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group (65 cases) and treatment group (65 cases).Both groups were treated with same standard western medicine,but the treatment group was treated with additional danzhen headache capsule.Serum PPARγ',MMP-9 and LPA levels were detected and compared in two groups before and after the therapy.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 98.5 ％,the total effective rate of the control group was 87.7％,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.01).After the treatment,both groups showed increased serum PPARγ level,reduced serum MMP-9 and LPA level,decreased BAI score,BDI score and PSQI score(P＜0.01)than that before the treatment.The treatment group showed better therapeutic effects than the control group(P＜ 0.01).Conclusion Multiple-target therapy can suppress the inflammatory response,decrease cerebral vasospasm,prevent thrombosis,promote neurological recovery and relieve anxiety,depression and sleep disorders in primary headache patients.关键词
