Treatment of skull defects with computerized titicular mesotomy

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application value of two-dimensional titanium mesh computer personalized shaping in skull defect repair.Methods 50 patients with skull defects underwent temporomandibular skull repair from June 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group (two-dimensional titanium mesh computer,n =25),and the control group (Three-dimensional titanium mesh hand-shaped,n =25).A controlled study was conducted.The operation time of the two groups was recorded and compared.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative wound healing time and shaping satisfaction were observed.The complications of the two groups were observed and the overall efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after 3 months.Results Compared with the control group,the operative time (109.59 ± 11.49) min in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (9.40 ± 3.41) d,and the intraoperative blood loss (169.40 ± 10.60) ml was significantly less (P<0.05).The plasticity satisfaction (86.17 ± 5.26)% was significantly higher (P<0.01).The complication rate was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group (44.00%) (P<0.05),and the overall excellent rate was (88.00%) higher than in the control group (64.00%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Two-dimensional titanium mesh computer personalized shaping in skull defect repair can reduce the operation time,speed up wound healing,reduce intraoperative blood loss,also has more satisfactory shape effect,less postoperative complications and high safety.It has an important value in improving the overall therapeutic effect of skull defects关键词
