Microneurosurgery treatment via transsylvian fissure-insular approach for intracerebral hematomas in basal ganglia region

摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the therapeutic effects for cerebral hematomas in basal ganglia region by microneurosurgery via transsylvian fissure-insular approach.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 38 cases with cerebral hematomas in basal ganglia region which were treated by microsurgery via transsylvian fissure-insular approach from April 2011 to January 2016.Results 26 cases had over 90% postoperative hematoma clearance rate (by using CT scan),12 cases were 75% to 90%,no re-bleeding and death cases.Conclusion Microneurosurgical treatment via transsylvian fissure-insular approach for cerebral hematomas in basal ganglia region is less traumatic,has higher hematoma removal rate,is safe and reliable in hemostasis,can promote good recovery of neurologic function.
