The endovascular treatment for mini ruptured intracranial aneurysms

Abstract
Objective To explore the method,clinical effect of mini ruptured intracranial aneurysms with endovascular treatment.Methods From 2006 January to 2016 June,78 cases of mini ruptured intracranial aneurysms were treated with endovascular treatment,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The aneurysms during the endovascular treatment,1 coil had run escaped in 1 case,and no artery thromboembolic events were occurred.Immediate postoperative angiography showed that dense embolization in 70 cases (89.74 ％),the dense filling in 8 cases (10.26 ％).According to GOS score evaluation,good recovery was observed in 59 patients (75.64 ％),mild disability in 15 cases (19.23 ％),severe disability in 3 patients (3.8 ％),and 1 cases died (1.28％).65 patients were accepted follow-up for 6 to 24 months,the complete occlusion was achieved in 62 aneurysms,1 case with residual neck but no change of aneurysm,1 case accepted the endovascular treatment again for the reoccurrence of aneurysm.Conclusion For mini ruptured intracranial aneurysms,by adopting the corresponding intervention operation skills,endovascular treatment is a safe choice with better clinical effect.关键词
