不同类型支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞宽颈动脉瘤的效果分析
Effect of enterprise, solitaire and LVIS stent assisted coil embolization on wide necked aneurysms and its impact on recurrence rate

Abstract
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects and recurrence of different types of stent assisted coils for embolization of wide necked aneurysms.Methods 63 patients were included in this study.The data was collected from February 2014 to May 2017.Stent assisted coil embolization was used to treat wide necked aneurysms,of which 21 cases were treated with Solitaire stent and 20 cases with Enterprise stent,21 cases were treated with LVIS stent.The treatment effects,complications and recurrence were compared and compared.Results All the 63 patients underwent the operation successfully.There was no significant difference in the embolization results of the aneurysms treated by different stent types (P＞0.05).There were 1 stents and Enterprise stents in each group,and there were no complications in the LVIS stent.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the different stent treatment (P＞0.05).Lvis metal coverage is slightly better than that of solitare stent and enterprise stent,but each metal coverage rate had no significant difference (P＜0.05).During the postoperative followup,none of the 63 cases died.Three groups all had recurrences,but each recurrence rate had no significant difference(P ＞0.05).Conclusion Enterprise,solitaire and LVIS stent assisted coil embolization for wide necked aneurysms are effective,the treatment process can be combined with the characteristics of different support of reasonable selection,in order to achieve the best results.关键词
