早产儿脑白质损伤颅脑超声检查时间的研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the optimal time of brain ultrasound examination in preterm infants with periventricular white matter injury,and to find out the pathologic changes and provide basis for clinical treatment and intervention.Methods Eighty preterm infants from June,2014 to June,2016 in Jieyang People's Hospital were enrolled in this study.Brain examinations were performed at different time points,and the corresponding ultrasound findings were analyzed.Results Eighty premature infants were diagnosed by ultrasound..42 cases of periventricular white matter echo normal cases and 38 cases of periventricular white matter echo enhancement cases.Among them,the enhancement of white matter echo around the ventricle appeared in 6-24 h,(13.8± 1.5),median 12.5 h;echo the strongest time for 2-5 d (3 ± 1.4),median 3d;echo enhancement duration of 5-14 (9±2.5),median 9 days;the time of capsule disappearance was 16-22 days (18± 3.8),median 18d;No disappearance of the cyst was found within 28 days.Conclusion Brain ultrasound examination in preterm infants with periventricular white matter injury at different time points have different manifestations,it should be applied in correct time.关键词
