盐酸文拉法辛缓释片治疗抑郁焦虑共病的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the curative effects of vanlafaxine hydrochloride in treating the co-morbidity of depression and anxiety.Methods 160 cases of patients with co-morbidity of depression and anxiety admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into observation group(n =80) and control group(n =80).Patients in the control group were given paroxetine hydrochloride oral administration,while patients in the observation group were given vanlafaxine hydrochloride oral administration.The clinical effects 8 months after the treatment were observed and analyzed.Results At the end of 4 weeks after treatment and the end of 8 months after treatment,HAMD and HAMA scores were significantly lower than those of before treatment in both groups (P＜0.05).At the end of 4 weeks after treatment and the end of 8 months after treatment,HAMD scores and HAMA scores in the observation group were significantly lower than the contrast group (P ＜ 0.05).At the end of 8 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (x2 =4.55,P＜0.05).The total adverse reaction occurrence rate in the observation group was significant lower than the control group (x2 =4.55,P＞0.05).Conclusion Vanlafaxine hydrochloride can quickly relieve the co-morbidity of depression and anxiety with significant curative effects.关键词
