摘要

Abstract

Based on a questionnaire survey of 291 valid samples,this paper examined the impact of work stress,organizational culture on employees'deviance behavior and the moderating effect of different kinds of culture on the relationship between work stress and employees'behavior.With hierarchical re-gression analysis methods and structural equation model,the results of this study indicated that work stress could enhance employees'deviance behavior;goal-oriented and support-oriented organizational culture abate employees'deviance behavior,and they had a negative effect on the relationship between work stress and employees'behavior;rule-oriented culture could enhance employees'deviance behavior while innovation-oriented culture not,and they all had a positive effect on the relationship between work stress and employees'behavior.In this case,suggestions on stress management and organizational culture construction were proposed based on the research conclusions.
