Abstract
The quality management structure of production line is constructed based on researching the three quality management methods of 5MIE,Six Sigma and performance excellence model to resolve the problems of the current quality management system,which achieved the quantitative evaluation of production line quality management.Finally,supported by the quantitative results of performance and maturity level and rapid speed to seek out the weakness of management for improvement as an example,the research verified the rationality and practicability of the production line quality management system.关键词
