摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problems in thermal design of millimeter-wave active phased array an-tenna,this paper proposed and analyzed a design method combining theoretical calculation with thermal design software.The analysis shows that the optimization of flow path layout and shape can effectively solve the problems in thermal design of such electronic devices.The experiment also verifies the feasibility of the method.关键词
