Abstract
To meet the parametric design requirements of roller conveying line system,this paper, based on the idea of hierarchical structure and networked control,redesigned the structure of the control system,which clarified the function and interface of each layer,and then analyzed the specific process of the system set-up.The modules of roller conveying line was firstly modeled,and then the graph data structure was used to store the connection relation between the modules.Next,the path of the transmis-sion line from the multi-inlet to the multi-exit was obtained by the depth-first traversal of the graph, which was adopted as the basis for selecting the path of controller.Finally,the scheme of constructing the networked control system based on Ethernet was given,and the communication message structure and message resolution algorithm between master and slave stations were designed based on TCP/IP protocol stack.The results indicate that the scheme can be used to build a more complex and personalized transmis-sion line system in a rapid and flexible way,which can meet the needs of practical application.关键词
