摘要
Abstract
To realize high efficiency of the power supply for solid-state T/R module radar,a new design of power supply converter scheme is proposed based on resonant converters.The power 'supply consists of two stages of converters.The former is an isolation resonant converter for active power factor correction (PFC) and voltage pre-regulation and the latter is a non-isolation resonant buck converter for further regulation of output voltage.In the latter converter,the zero current switching and zero voltage switching can be realized by making use of the re~nance between the inductance and capacitor,thus the converter can operate at higher frequency with lower loses.Also the converter is simple in operation principle and easy in realization and control.In this paper,the operation principle and characteristic of the converter are analyzed.The main parameters and operation waveforms of power supply for solid-state T/R module are also given.关键词
