摘要

Abstract

With the developments of semiconductor technology,RF/microwave technology,and computer technology and considering the complex electromagnetic environment where the phased array radar system operates,RF/microwave design is facing new opportunities and challenges.As for the requirements of multifunction,higher integration,higher performance,lower cost,the RF/microwave design technologies are introduced in this paper from the view of multifunction integrated RF,heterogeneous integration,open architecture,and system scenario simulation in combination with current development situations home and abroad.Multifunction integrated RF and open architectureare the development trend of phased array radar systerr.Heterogeneous integration and system scenario simulation are the new design methods.Using advanced design concepts and methods,the development cycle can be shortened and the design risk and cost can be reduced.
