Processing Parameter Optimization for Cloud Fancy Colored Yarn
摘要
Abstract
The processing parameter optimization for cloud fancy colored yarn was discussed.In order to spin C 1 8.2 tex cloud fancy colored yarn with higher quality,orthogonal test method was adopted to optimize and ana-lyze the key technology parameters of DTM129 hollow roller condensed spinning frame.By changing three ele-ments including twist factor and the linear density & twist factor of decorative yarn,evenness,hairiness and breaking strength of cloud fancy colored yarn spun with different parameters were tested and analyzed.Optimized spinning processing scheme was obtained by combining range &variance analyses.The test results show that the optimized processing scheme to spin C 18.2 tex cloud fancy colored yarn with higher quality is 360 for yarn twist factor,14.6 tex of decorative yarn linear density and 260 for twist factor of decorative yarn.It is considered that the processing parameter optimization is beneficial to the quality improvement of cloud fancy colored yarn.关键词
