Development of Multi-component Wave Yarn
摘要
Abstract
The key points to develop multi-component warm wave yarn were discussed.The properties and indexes of multi-component fibers were introduced.The spinning processing parameters and flow for using poly-ester filament as core yarn,using hollow polyester ramin modal cotton blended yarn as decorative yarn and using pure cotton yarn as fixed yarn were optimized.Eventually,multi-component wave yarn was successfully spun by fancy twisting machine.Higher level of its tensile property indexes was achieved.It is considered that multi-com-ponent warm wave yarn can be widely used for the development of garment fabric in spring & autumn and the decorative fabric materials.关键词
