Abstract
The influences of the processing parameter design on BD448 rotor spinning frame for C 27.8 tex slub yarn effect were discussed.The twist and spinning accessories of slub yarn were optimized.The influence principle of three parameters including fancy coefficient value KF,base yarn forward steps S1and slub yarn for-ward step S3on the slub effect were analyzed and compared.The test results show that the slub effect is obvious when the fancy coefficient value KFis 15 and slub yarn forward step S3is 10.The slub gauge and slub length were affected by the base yarn forward steps S1and the slub yarn forward step S3separately.The setting value of slub yarn forward step S3should be smaller.It is considered that the slub effect of rotor slub yarn is obvious through process parameter optimization.It is suitable for the application of knitting yarn field.关键词
