基于X射线断层扫描的纤维集合体结构研究
Structure Study of Fiber Assembly Based on X-ray Tomography

Abstract
The microstructure change of cotton fiber assembly was studied of being pressed.X-ray computed tomography was adopted.The microstructure of cotton fiber assembly before and after compression and its change principle were systematically studied and evaluated from three aspects packing density,pore structure and fractal dimension.The test results show that the packing density of cotton fiber assembly with random arrangement is enlarged during the compression.Moreover,the density is fluctuated along with the force direction.The total po-rosity after compression is decreased.However,the closed porosity and closed pore radius were both enlarged.The fractal dimension of cotton fiber assembly is bigger after compression.It is considered that fractal dimension is an effective measure to describe complicated structure.There are higher linear dependence between the fractal dimen-sion and packing density of fiber assembly.关键词
