Application of Textile Air Conditioning with Plate Tube Evaporative Cooling Screw Water Chilling Unit
摘要
Abstract
The application of plate tube evaporative cooling screw water chilling unit in textile air condition-ing was discussed.The cooling principle of the unit and its excellent performance were introduced.The cooling performances & requirement for modern textile air conditioning and the adaptability of the plate tube evaporative cooling screw water chilling unit were analyzed.Known by comparing the practical project cases,the energy effi-ciency ratio is increased 15.6%,the system power saving is increased 13% and saving of makeup coolilng water is increased 50% compared with traditional screw water chilling unit when the plate tube evaporative cooling screw water chilling unit is adopted.It is considered that the plate tube evaporative cooling screw water chilling unit has the advantages like simple system,saving water & power,unit integration,saving space,easy for maintenance &management and so on.It is suitable for new mill air conditioning design and old mill air conditioning modification.关键词
