共聚物阻垢剂在纺织空调循环水系统中的应用
Application of Copolymer Antisludging Agent in Textile Air Conditioning Circulating Water System

Abstract
Aimed at the problem of scaling in equipment pipeline caused by the textile mill air conditioning circulating water,a kind of terpolymer antisludging agent with multi-functional groups was synthesized with water solution free radical polymerization method.Itaconic acid,sodium allysulfonate and hydroxyethyl methylacrylate were used as monomer,ammonium persulfate was taken as initiator and tertiary butanol was selected as molecular weight modifier.The scale inhibition of copolymer against calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate at different water bath temperature were studied.The scale inhibition against calcium carbonate is reached to 98.25% while the scale inhibition against calcium sulfate is 80.05%.Compared with polyaspartic acid,the copolymer had better scale inhibition against calcium salt.Moreover,the effect is obviously better than that of polyaspartic acid under the condition of hard water.The structure of copolymer was evaluated with infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the copolymer has multi-functional groups.Each functional group is cooperative to each other and bet-ter synergism is performed.It is considered that the copolymer antisludging agent is suitable to be used in textile mill air conditioning circulating water system.Better scale inhibition can be achieved.关键词
