Quality Control Key Points of Denim Fabric Yarn
摘要
Abstract
The quality requirement and technology optimization key points of denim fabric yarn were dis-cussed.The effect factors on the improvement of yarn breaking strength and technology optimization measures were analyzed through the selection of raw materials,the choice of spinning methods,the rational allocation of twist,the control of temperature & humidity and so on.The improvement methods of yarn evenness were dis-cussed from the aspects like the reasonable selection of special spinning components &accessories and the optimi-zation of technology parameter.The workshop scientific management was strengthened and the joint quality of winding was controlled.The yarn quality was met the requirement of medium & higher grade denim yarn.It is considered that siro condensed spinning is the reasonable choice of medium & higher grade denim yarn.关键词
