棉粘泡泡纱的生产实践

Abstract
Production process of cotton viscose seersucker was summarized.5 kinds of current seersucker production methods were introduced.According to the new request of customer,JC 14.5 tex yarn and R 14.8 tex yarn were used as warp and weft,a kind of seersucker was developed.The twist CV value of two kinds of yarn should be controlled strictly in production.In order to distinguishing easily,acid dye was used on viscose yarn in sizing.Loom technology was optimized to make sure weaving successfully.The properties of developed fabric are better and can meet the requirement of customer after testing.It is considered that the seersucker has full bubble, unique appearance and lighter weight.It can meet the new fashion requirement of summer dress.关键词
