摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the international research on stroke care and to provide references for stroke care in China. Methods Data on stroke care from 2008-2017 were downloaded from Web of Science. CiteSpace software was used to explore the research on stroke care regarding research organizations, core journals, co-cited literature, co-word and etc. Results The main research organizations of stroke care were higher education institutions and the core research organization was Harvard University.The core publications include Stroke, The Journal of the American Medical Association, Lancet. Co-word analysis and clustering displayed four hot research topics, including quality of life among stroke patients and their caregivers, early emergency care, post-stroke rehabilitation nursing, and analysis of risk factors related to stroke. Conclusion Domestic stroke care research has not followed the pace of international forefront. It is suggested that nursing staff should focus on international core institutions, track international core publications,focus on international high-frequency citations,and explore international research hot spots.关键词
