急诊科护理三级质控互评互促的效果研究
The Study of Effect of Three-level Quality Control and Mutual Promotion Model in Emergency Department
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of three-level quality control and mutual promotion model on continuous improvement of nursing quality control in emergency department. Methods A total of 150 critically ill patients from March to July 2017 when the three-level quality control and mutual promotion model was performed were selected as the observation group, while another 150 critically ill patients from March to July 2016 when conventional quality control was carried out as the control group. The effect of quality control mode and the achievement of nursing quality control indicators in the 2 groups were compared among 30 emergency department nurses. Results The qualified rate of nursing quality control indicators including basic nursing,specific nursing,nursing records writing, health education and disinfection and isolation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Nurses' enthusiasm in participated in the quality control, communication ability, problem-solving ability, team cooperation ability and satisfaction in the observation group were improved (P<0.05). Conclusion The three-level quality control and mutual promotion model is effective for improving nursing quality control and to ensure the continuous improvement of nursing quality.关键词
