武汉市特殊教育机构自闭症儿童教师工作体验与信息支持需求的质性研究
Qualitative Study on Work Experience and Information Support Needs of Teachers for Autistic Children in Special Education Institutions in Wuhan

Abstract
Objective To understand the work experience and information support needs of teachers for children with autism in special education institutions and to provide reference for targeted support. Methods Through in-depth interviews, we collected the data of 9 cases of teachers for children with autism from July 2017 to February 2018, and the Colaizzi step was used to analyze the data. Results Five themes were extracted including doubt and disapprobation; frustration and self-confidence; stress and sense of accomplishment; helplessness and responsibility and diverse information supports were needed. Conclusion Work experience of teachers in special education institution is influenced by multiple internal and external factors, both positive and negative, and there are a variety of information support needs. Therefore, the psychological support, social support and multiple information support for teachers for autistic children will help to ensure the physical and mental health of special education teachers, and promote their professional development.关键词
