221名不孕症女患者治疗期间希望水平现状及影响因素分析
Level of Hope of Infertile Women During Treatment and Its Influence Factors:A 221-case Study

Abstract
Objective To investigate the level of hope of infertile women during the treatment and analyze its influencing factors. Methods Totally 221 cases of infertile female were recruited by convenient sampling method and they were investigated with general information questionnaire,Chinese Herth Scale, Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS). Multiple linear regression was used to analysis the influence factors of the level of hope of infertile women. Results The total score of the level of hope of infertile women was 36.00 ±5.57, which was in a higher level. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that family average monthly income, perceived social support, age, the relationship with the husband, health insurance, education background, place of residence, treatment experience were the influence factors(P<0.01). Conclusion The total score of the level of hope of infertile women during treatment is at a high level. For infertile women with older age, low education level, living in rural areas, low family average monthly income, and no medical insurance, the nurses should give disease health education, information support and psychological guidance according to the characteristics of the patient, and guide the family to attach importance to the psychological needs of patients and provide care,encourage patients to actively seek help,while taking into account the needs of patients for family and social support,so as to improve the patient's level of hope.关键词
