肝移植受者术后小组活动健康教育的效果观察
Effects of Group Activity on Quality of Postoperative Life in Liver Transplant Recipients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of group activity on the quality of postoperative life in liver transplant recipients. Methods Seventy-one liver transplant recipients were recruited and randomly assigned into observation group(n=33)and control group (n=38). Both groups accepted routine individual guidance, and the observation group received additional group activity health education. The health education effect of both groups was evaluated by MTSOSD-31, SF-36 and Social-Support Scale-10 between before and 9 months after the intervention respectively. Results After 9-month intervention, the scores of physical and psychological symptoms of liver transplant recipients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and except for the functional dimension of the physical role, the scores of other dimensions of life quality and social support in the observation group after liver transplantation were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education with group activities is conducive to reducing the adverse effect caused by adverse reaction of immune-suppressor of liver transplant recipients and improving patients' physical and psychological condition and social adaptation, therefore it could effectively improve patients' quality of postoperative life.关键词
