早发高尿酸血症的临床特点分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical features of early-onset hyperuricemia (HUA).Methods A total of 200 patients with HUA who were hospitalized in our department from May 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled,and according to age,these patients were divided into early-onset group (age ＜40 years) with 116 patients and late-onset group (age ≥40 years) with 84 patients.The two groups were compared in terms of the clinical features including blood lipid,blood glucose,blood pressure,body mass index (BMI),and family history,and the detection rate of HUA complicated by metabolic diseases was also compared.Results Compared with the late-onset group,the early-onset group had significantly higher BMI,waist circumference,and levels of triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TC),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and significantly lower levels of urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) (t =2.107-4.375,P＜0.05).Compared with the late-onset group,the early-onset group had significantly higher positive rate of family history and detection rates of fatty liver disease and dyslipidemia,as well as significantly lower detection rates of hypertension and renal failure (x2=6.240-17.579,P＜0.05).Conclusion Patients with early-onset HUA have a greater genetic predisposition and tend to have obesity and dyslipidemia,while those with late-onset HUA tend to have hypertension and renal failure.关键词
