双离合器式自动变速器传动效率影响因素分析
Analysis on the Influence Factors for the Efficiency of Dual Clutch Transmission
摘要
Abstract
On transmission efficiency platform test,the influence of the main oil pressure of clutch,the amount of lubricating oil and differential oil baffle on transmission efficiency were tested and validated,and we analyzedthe factors affecting the transmission efficiency of the dual clutch transmission(DCT).The experimental results show that reducing the main oil pressure of the clutch and decreasing the amount of lubricating oil properly and installing differential oil baffle are conducive to improve transmission efficiency. It provided the basis for improving transmission efficiency of DCT and engineering application.关键词
