131I治疗Graves病合并肝损害患者的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe changes of thyroid hormone levels and liver function index after 131I treatment to Graves disease with liver damage.Methods 76 patients conforming to the scope of this study were treated with 131I treatment. Thyroid function including FT3 and FT4 and liver function including ALT,AST and TBIL of patients before 131I treatment and 6 months after treatment were analyzed.Results Compared with before treatment,thyroid function and liver function of 76 cases 6 months after 131I treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.01).The cure rate of 76 cases with Graves disease was 84.2%(64/76 cases);The cure rate of liver damage was 94.7%(72/76 cases).Conclusion 131 I as treatment of Graves disease with liver damage is safe and effective and to treat Graves disease as soon as possible is the key to the improvement of liver function.关键词
