Abstract
Objective To analyze the X-ray manifestations of breast lobular tumor and to explore the diagnostic value of molybdenum target X-ray for breast lobular tumor.Methods X-ray examination data of 55 cases of breast lobular tumor confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results 33 cases were benign(60%),14 cases were borderline(25.5%),and 8 ca-ses were malignant(14.5%).The diameter of the lesion was about 1.5~25cm,of which 33 cases were round or oval,22 were lob-ulated,38 cases of clear boundary,17 cases of blurred edge,29 cases with halo sign,9 cases with calcification. Conclusion Large,lobulated breast masses,clear boundary and surrounding a "transparent halo sign" are characteristics of the X-ray signs of breast;Rapid enlargement of masses in the short term is helpful to the diagnosis of lobular tumors;At the same time,the edge of the tumor was blurred with small calcification,which indicated that the malignant degree of the tumor was higher.Understanding the X-ray features of breast lobular tumor is helpful to improve the diagnosis rate,in order to give better clinical guidance.关键词
