当白生肌膏促进复杂性高位肛瘘术后创面愈合临床研究
Clinical Observation of Dangbai Shengji Plaster for Promoting the Wound Healing in Postoperative High Complex Anal Fistula Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of Dangbai Shengji Plaster gauze for promoting post-operational healing in patients with high complex anal fistula of dampness-heat diffusing downward symdrome.Methods:60 patients with the high complex anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups.After the surgery,in the controlled group,whose wound was applied Ruyi Gold Powder gauze and the wound was applied Dangbai Shengji Plaster gauze in the study group.The time of wound healing was observed as well as the side effects.Post-operative complications also was been analyzed.Observing the secretion of the ulcer size and growth.Results:The average wound healing time of the treatment group was (25.02±3.67) days,the controlled group was (29.21±5.25) days;the growth of the two groups of patients with granulation were good,the treatment group was more exuberant granulation fresh,early wound healing than the controlled group;The average thread off time of the treatment group was (6.12±1.88) days,was more shorter than the controlled group was (9.06±2.01) days;Twenty-fifth days of the treatment group was 100％,90％ in the controlled group,the treatment group for promoting wound healing of complex high anal fistula after operation was significantly better than the controlled group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:In the complex high anal fistula after operation when using Dangbai Shengji Plaster can promote the growth of granulation tissue,accelerate thread shedding,promote wound epithelialization,accelerate wound healing quickly and thoroughly and the effect is significant,worthy of promotion in clinical practice.关键词
