Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of 38 patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:19 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to April 2015 were selected as subjects and were set as controlled group and treated with edaravone.At the same time,19 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients were selected as subjects admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to August 2016 and were set as observation group and given Banxia Baizhu Decoction combined anesthesia adjuvant therapy based on the treatment of the controlled group.After two weeks of treatment,the treatment effect,neurological function recovery and daily living activity,TCM syndrome score and related hemorheology index were compared and analyzed.Results:No significant differences were detected in the treatment effect,neurological function recovery and daily living activity,TCM syndrome score,ADL score,CBH,NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups after two weeks of treatment.After treatment,ADL score and CBF,NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score were significantly better than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The positive rate of ADL score,CBF,NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score were significantly better than those in the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate (94.63％) in the observation group was significantly higher than the controlled group (36.84％) (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions:The clinical effect of Banxia Baizhi Tianma Decoction in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke is significant and effective.The daily life ability and local cerebral blood flow can be effectively promoted,so as to promote the recovery of neurological function.It is important to improve the ability of patients to improve their activities,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
