运用玄府理论联合西药防治眼球钝挫伤所致青光眼的临床研究
Clinical Study of Applying Xuanfu Theory Combined with Western Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of Glaucoma Caused by Ocular Contusion

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Xuanfu theory combined with western medicine in preventing and treating glaucoma caused by ocular contusion.Methods:The patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into controlled group and treatment group,the controlled group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with western medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the Xuanfu theory.The differences between the two groups in the incidence of glaucoma,the duration of treatment,intraocular pressure (IOP) and ocular symptoms were compared.Results:The incidence of treatment group was lower than that of the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).The course of treatment group was shorter than that of the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).In the first treatment unit,there was no difference in controlling of IOP between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05),but there was difference in improving the ocular symptoms (P ＜ 0.05).In the second,third and fourth treatment unit,the treatment group was better than the controlled group in controlling IOP and improving the ocular symptoms (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine under the guidance of the Xuanfu theory to prevent and treat glaucoma caused by ocular contusion can reduce the occurrence of glaucoma,control IOP,shorten the duration of high IOP,and improve the ocular symptoms.关键词
