摘要

Abstract

By measuring the delayed luminescence dynamics behavior of Scenedesmus in different experimental conditions,to de-termine the optimal experimental conditions,and lay a foundation for Scenedesmus as biological indicator.The delayed luminescence of Scenedesmus was detected with YPMS-2 biophoton measuring instrument.The measured data were fitted and analyzed with statistica 10.0 software.Slope k,a reliable parameter that characterizes the nature of Scenedesmus is obtained.The optimal concentration range is(2.5~3.5)×107个/mL of using Scenedesmus.Growth of 40~60 d Scenedesmus is most suitable for use.The slope k value of Scenedesmus after adding different herbal decoction liquid has bigger differences.It provides a new direction for the study of Chinese medicinal properties.
