黑麦热激蛋白ScHsp90-1基因的克隆及表达分析
Cloning and Expression Analysis of Heat Shock Protein Gene ScHsp90-1 in Rye
摘要
Abstract
In this study, a Hsp90 gene was isolated from rye, named ScHsp90 -1.The full cDNA se-quence of ScHsp90-1 is 2 103 bp,which encodes 700 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 80.47 kD.The sequence analysis showed that ScHsp90-1 had higher homology with that of wheat,maize and rice. The phylogenetic analysis indicated that ScHsp90-1 was especially similar to TaHsp90 from wheat.The real-time quantitative PCR analysis showed that ScHsp90 -1 had response to high -temperature, cold, high -salt and drought treatments in rye.These results indicated that ScHsp90-1 gene might be a stress-related gene of rye.关键词
