摘要

Abstract

In this paper,a simplified method of cotton hybrid seed production was discussed.The EP-SPS transgenic cotton with herbicide resistance was used as the male parent, and the normal upland cotton germplasm was used as the female parent to carry out cotton seed production through direct pollination without castration,and then the F1hybrids with herbicide resistance were screened out at seedling stage.The SSR mo-lecular marker detection results showed that the simplified seed production method could produce 100%pure hybrids.This method can be further improved and popularize in the hybrid seed production of cotton with the combination of seedling nursing with nutrient bowl, which will have important utilization value in simplified seed production technology.
