摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the transformation of nutritional status of sweet cherry leaves induced by phytoplasma infection,we compared the contents of mineral elements and free amino acids between healthy and infected leaves.The results showed the contents of Mg,B and Mo increased,while N,Ca,Fe,Mn and Cu decreased in infected leaves,which coincided with the functional change of the leaves.The infected leaves also had higher levels of alanine, phenylalanine, threonine, arginine and aspartic acid, but the contents of tryptophan,serine, tyrosine, glutamine, histidine and glutamic acid were significantly lower.Notably, the contents of tryptophan and serine in infected leaves were only 5.8% and 11.8% of those in healthy leaves, respectively.
