发根农杆菌菌株和花生品种对发根诱导率的影响
Effects of Agrobacterium rhizogenes Strains and Peanut Varieties on Induction Rate of Hairy Roots
摘要
Abstract
Three Agrobacterium rhizogenes strains on the induction rate of hairy roots of peanut were in-vestigated by 3×3 double-factor design with the cotyledon of sterile plantlets of Huayu 20,Huayu 45,Luhua 11 as meterials.The results showed that both Agrobacterium rhizogenes and peanut varieties significantly affect-ed the induction rate of hairy roots.Huayu 45 had the highest induction rate of 93.7%, and its appropriate strain was A4.The hairy roots induction rate of Huayu 20 was 89.2%,and the suitable strain was ATCC15834. The hairy roots induction rate of Luhua 11 was 73.4%,and its fitting strain was GIM1.141.关键词
