摘要

Abstract

Three Agrobacterium rhizogenes strains on the induction rate of hairy roots of peanut were in-vestigated by 3×3 double-factor design with the cotyledon of sterile plantlets of Huayu 20,Huayu 45,Luhua 11 as meterials.The results showed that both Agrobacterium rhizogenes and peanut varieties significantly affect-ed the induction rate of hairy roots.Huayu 45 had the highest induction rate of 93.7%, and its appropriate strain was A4.The hairy roots induction rate of Huayu 20 was 89.2%,and the suitable strain was ATCC15834. The hairy roots induction rate of Luhua 11 was 73.4%,and its fitting strain was GIM1.141.
