Advances in Effects of Plant Polyphenols on Intestinal Enzyme Activities in Organism
摘要
Abstract
Plant polyphenols,a class of natural compounds containing multiple hydroxide radicals, are widely present in plants.Polyphenols not only prevent disease and regulate human health,but also play an im-portant role on animal breeding.The study on the effects of plant polyphenols on intestinal enzyme activities in man and animals is the current hotspot.In this paper, the impacts and mechanisms of several common plant polyphenols on endogenous enzyme and exogenous enzyme activities in organism were reviewed to provide sci-entific bases for the development and utilization of plant polyphenols.关键词
