不同中药方剂对创伤后应激障碍模型大鼠的行为学影响
Effect of different traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions on the behavior of posttraumatic stress disorder rats

Abstract
Objective:Establishing a PTSD model to observe the effect of Wendan Tang、Chaihu Shugan San, Guipi Tang,Tianwang Buxin Dan,Danzhi Xiaoyao San and Alprazolam on SPS model rats.Methods:96 rats were randomly divided into normal group,SPS model group,Wendan Tang group,Chaihu Shugan San group,Guipi Tang group,Tianwang Buxin Dan group,Danzhi Xiaoyao San group and Alprazolam group.And all of these groups were given SPS model except the normal group.In the normal control group,the model group was given normal saline ev-ery day,and the other groups were given the corresponding drugs.The total weight of the rats in the open field ex-periment,the number of passes,the maximum movement distance,the time and the number of times of modifica-tion,the number and time of the standstill in the standstill test were measured.Results:The number of body weight gain in the model group was significantly lower than that in the normal group(P<0.05).The weight gain of Wen-dan Tang group was significantly higher than that of the normal group(P<0.01).Open field experiment,the model group compared with the normal group far running total,crossing frequency and max continuous distance decreased (P<0.05).Wendan Tang group compared to the model group far moved total,crossing frequency,and max contin-uous distance was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the max round distance was significantly increased(P<0. 01).Compared with the model group,the distance between total distance,crossing frequency and max continuous distance in Guipi Tang group increased(P<0.05).Freezing time test,model group,Wendan Tang group,Chaihu Shugan San group,Guipi Tang group,Tianwang Buxin Dan group,Danzhi Xiaoyao San group,Alprazolam group rats freezing time increased(P<0.01).In the model group,the time of stiffening of the rats in the model group, Chaihu Shugan San group,Guipi Tang group,Danzhi Xiaoyao San group and Alprazolam group was significantly higher than that in the normal group(P<0.01).The time of stiffening was higher than that of normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PTSD model was successfully replicated in this experiment.Wendan Tang,Guipi Tang and Alprazolam have a good improvement on the anxiety-like behavior in open-field experiment established by SPS.The effect of Tianwang Buxin Dan need further validate.关键词
