泽漆汤联合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液临床研究
Clinical observation of Zeqi decoction combined with cisplatin in treatment of malignant pleural effusion

Abstract
Objective:The study was to assess the effect of Zeqi decoction combined with cisplatin in treat-ment of pleural effusion in advanced malignant tumors.Methods:60 patients with pleural effusion in advanced ma-lignant tumors from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group.The central venous catheter was inserted via thoracentesis to conduct pleural effusion drainage.After exhaus-tion of pleural effusion,the two groups were given cisplatin by pleural infusion.Based on the treatment of control group,the patients in experiment group were treated with Zeqi decoction.The clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rates of the control group and the experiment group were 63.33% and 86.67% respectively(P<0.05).The effective rate of KPS scores was 83.33% in treat-ment group,higher than 60% in control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms of the two groups were signifi-cantly improved after treatment(P< 0.05),and the improvement of cough,induction and anemic symptom of the experimental group was more obvious(P< 0.05).After treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+ /CD8+ increased and CD8+ decreased in the two groups,but CD4+,CD4+ /CD8+ and CD8+ changed significantly in the experiment group (P< 0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of cisplatin pleural perfusion,Zeqi decoction orally may have more effect in life quality improvement and the relief of T lymphocytes for advanced cancer patients with malignant pleural effu-sion.It had better security,better clinical efficacy and to improve life quality,prolong patient survival with impor-tant significance.关键词
