五苓散加减联合电针治疗痰湿内阻型高脂血症患者疗效研究
Observation on curative effect of Wuling San combined with electro-acupuncture in treating phlegm dampness internal resistance type hyperlipidemia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Wuling San combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients with phlegm damp internal resistance.Methods:182 cases of phlegm dampness resistance hyperlipidemia patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Wuling San combined with electroa-cupuncture)and control group(electroacupuncture),91 cases in each group.According to the basic principle of tra-ditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy,two groups were treated with electroacupuncture plus acupuncture treatment,treatment group with ear acupuncture treatment,treatment time was 3 months.Observe the 2 groups of patients before and after treatment,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC).high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c),obesity(A),body mass index(BMI),body fat percentage (F%)level changes.Results:The effective rate of lipid-lowering therapy in treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).After treatment,the two groups of patients with HDL-c significantly increased(P< 0.01),TC,TG and LDL-c were significantly de-creased(P< 0.01),the treatment group after treatment TC,LDL-c and HDL-c improvement were greater than the control group(P< 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.65%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.95%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Wuling San combined with electro acupuncture and electroacupuncture has positive effect on the treat-ment of phlegm dampness type hyperlipidemia,and electro acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture therapy in the effect of weight loss and improve the abnormal lipid metabolism was better than acupuncture therapy.关键词
