补肾益髓汤联合头针治疗脑梗死后认知障碍临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of Bushen Yisui decoction combined with scalp acupuncture in the treatment of cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction.Methods:Patients with cogni-tive impairment after cerebral infarction of 68 cases in our hospital as the research object,the control group of 34 ca-ses treated with simple western medicine treatment,the treatment group of 34 cases,treatment based on the control group of Bushen Yisui decoction combined with acupuncture therapy.Results:After treatment in 3 mouth,the sim-ple intelligence scale MMSE score(29.73 ± 4.28),MoCA score(29.85 ± 5.83),CDT score(27.36 ± 4.42)of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(26.75 ± 4.11),(26.54 ± 5.28),(20.52 ± 3.56)(P<0.05).The score of TCM syndrome(10.09 ± 1.05)in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(20.35 ± 2.50)(P<0.05).The total clinical curative effect 82.35%(28/34)of the treatment group was better than that of the control group 61.76%(21/34)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Yisui decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction,and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,it is worthy of application in clinical treatment.关键词
