Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of Sijunzi decoction on vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),gastro-intestinal hormones and defecation function in patients after cardiac surgery.Methods:135 cases of cardiac surgery patients,divided into two groups,the control group(68 cases)after surgery and routine treatment,the observation group(67 cases)on the basis of the above plus Sijunzi decoction.Bowel sound recovery time of the first exhaust and defecation and after operation were observed before and after treatment were detected by radioimmunoassay,serum gastrin(GSA),motilin(MTL)and the level of VIP,flow cytometry before and after treatment in patients with pe-ripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets related index.Results:In the observation group,postoperative first exhaust and defecation and recovery time of bowel sounds were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum MTL and GAS levels than before the surgery increased,vasoactive intestinal peptide decline after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The observation group the effect was better.The day after an operation before surgery in patients with CD8+,the relative content of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+ /CD8+ ratio was significantly decreased after seven days of relative postoperative day in-creased significantly,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was better. Conclusion:The Sijunzi decoction can promote the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones,inhibit the secretion of VIP,and accelerate the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function in patients after cardiac surgery.关键词
