白头翁汤加减联合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎湿热蕴结型临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine decoction Baitouweng decoc-tion combined with enema clinical curative effect on ulcerative colitis Shire Yunjie patients,in order to provide exper-imental basis for clinical treatment.Methods:126 ulcerative colitis Shire Yunjie patients in our hospital were divided into 2 groups,the control group of 63 patients was given Kangfuxin enema,treatment group of 63 patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction Baitouweng decoction by taking orally combined with enema.Re-sults:The related indexes of serum inflammatory IL-1 beta(3.44 ± 0.26)pg/ml,TNF-a(29.35 ± 6.45)ng/ml,ser-um endotoxin(0.07 ± 0.01)eu/ml in treatment group was lower than that of control group(4.95 ± 0.36)pg/ml, (41.42 ± 7.05)ng/ml,(0.18 ± 0.05)eu/ml(P<0.05).The Mayo(2.09 ± 1.05)and Baron(1.16 ± 0.85)scores in treatment group were lower than that of the control group(3.68 ± 1.25),(2.52 ± 0.93)(P<0.05),TCM syn-drome score in treatment group were lower than control group(P<0.05),the clinical treatment of patients 87.30%with total efficiency were higher than the control group 68.25%.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine decoction Baitouweng decoction combined with enema can effectively reduce serum levels of inflammation in patients with ul-cerative colitis,it can effectively reduce disease activity,and improve clinical symptoms of patients,which has advan-tages of clinical efficacy and lower recurrence rate.关键词
