血府逐瘀胶囊对糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者临床疗效与炎症因子水平的影响
Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu capsule on clinical efficacy and inflammatory factors in diabetic nephropathy patients with proteinuria

Abstract
Objective:To probe into and analyze the clinical application value of Xuefu Zhuyu capsule on clinical ef-ficacy and inflammatory factors in diabetic nephropathy patients with proteinuria.Methods:Diabetic nephropathy patients with proteinuria were selected in the hospital.Uesed random number table method,the patients were divided into observa-tion group(n=50)and control group(n=48).The patients in control group were treated with basic treatment and health behavior guidance.The diabetic nephropathy patients with proteinuria in observation group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment,the changes of clinical indexes,the changes of inflammato-ry factors and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The patients in observation group,the effective rate of clinical treatment was 64.00%(32/50),the total effective rate was 96. 00%(48/50),there were higher than control group,the differences were significant statistically significant(P<0.05). The patients in observation group,after treatment,the levels of UACR were(41.58 ± 5.29)mg/g and UAER were(55. 73 ± 6.57)μg/min,there were lower than control group,the differences were significant statistically significant(P<0. 05).The patients in observation group,after treatment,the levels of TNF-α were(43.52 ± 5.26)ng/L,IL-6 were(8.41 ± 0.96)ng/L,MCP-1/Cr were(53.81 ± 6.42)ng/mg,TGF-β1were(20.25 ± 3.11)ng/mL,there were lower than con-trol group,the differences were significant statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in observation group,the total incidence of adverse reactions 10.00%(5/50),included gastrointestinal reactions,abnormal liver function,leucopenia, there was slightly higher than the control group,but the differences were not significant statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusions:Xuefu Zhuyu capsule could improve the clinical efficacy and the level of inflammatory factors for diabetic ne-phropathy patients with proteinuria.关键词
