Abstract
Objective:To study the influence of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on peripheral blood lymphocyte sub-sets and prognosis of patients sepsis.Methods:95 patients were chosen as study objects,and all of them were divid-ed into 2 groups.48 patients in control group,which received routine treatment,including resuscitation,antibiotics, liquid support,vasoactive drugs and other treatment.47 patients in study group,which received routine treatment combined with shenqi Fuzheng injection.The APACHEII score,CD3+、CD4+、CD8+ and CD4+ /CD8+ were com-pared between two groups.The total length of stay and rate of death were compared between two groups.Results:CD3+、CD4+、CD8+ and CD4+ /CD8+ demonstrated significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).In study group,the total length of stay was(19.6 ± 3.5)d,these in control group were respectively(24.9 ± 2.4)d,the differ-ence demonstrated statistical significance(P<0.05).The rate of death in study group was 8.51%(4/47),that of control group was 18.75%(9/48),the difference demonstrated no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Fuzheng injection could improve the prognosis of patients through regulate the cellular immune function.关键词
