分经针刺结合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫早期患者运动功能恢复的影响
Research progress on the rehabilitation of motor function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke by acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on motor func-tion recovery of patients with hemiplegia in early stage of stroke.Methods:88 patients with hemiplegia were divided into control group and observation group.The effects of treatment and blood lipid levels were observed before and after treatment.FMA was used to evaluate the motor function before and after treatment.Barthel and ADL To eval-uate the changes of daily living ability before and after treatment in each group.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment effect of the observation group was more obvious(P< 0.05).Before treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group FMA score,Barthel score,ADL score and blood lipids were no signif-icant difference between the two groups.After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group patients FMA score,Barthel score were significantly higher,ADL score was significantly lower,TG,TC,LDL val-ues were lower,HDL value increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupunc-ture combined with rehabilitation training has obvious therapeutic effect on the early stage of stroke patients with hemiplegia.关键词
