乌梅及其相关复方抗肿瘤机制研究进展
The mechanism of antitumor effectiveness of dark plum and its compound preparation
摘要
Abstract
Dark plum,which is dry nearly ripe fruit fromrosaceous plant,mainly produced from Sichuan, Yunnan,Fujian and other places.Its effectiveness mainly includes antidarrhea with astringent,astringing the lung to stop cough,ascaris analgesia and help produce saliva and slake thirst.It was used in the treatment of chronic diar-rhea,lung asthenia cough and abdominal pain caused by ascaris lumbricoides etc in Clinical.Many stiudies had showed dark plum and its compound preparation had the antitumor effectiveness,it can inhibite the oncogene,regu-late many signal pathways,prevent the proliferation and invasion of tumor cells,and induce tumor cell apoptosis. These results can provide abundant datas for clinical application,we reviewed the literature about dark plum as fol-lows.关键词
