肺岩宁方通过RANK-RANKL途径调节肺癌骨转移中破骨细胞活化机制的研究
The study of Feiyan Ning decoction on osteoclast activation mechanism in bone metastasis of lung cancer through RANK-RANKL pathway

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Feiyan Ning decoction on bone destruction and osteoclast activation in nude mice model with lung cancer bone metastasis.Methods:Forty BALB/c nude mice were randomly divided into blank group,model group,zoledronic(ZOL)group and Feiyan Ning group.Bone metastasis model was established by injecting human A549 cell suspension into the bone marrow cavity except for the blank group.Each intervention group were given with corresponding drugs,28d in a row.Body weight and living condition were recor-ded during time,took the bone tissue to Mirco-CT analyze,HE staining and TRAP staining after 28 days.Results:Compared with model group,the weight and living condition of mice in Feiyan Ning and ZOL groups were higher;serious osteolytic bone breakage,increased tumor cells and TRAP(+)cells could be observed in model group,while slight bone destruction,decreased tumor cells and TRAP(+)cells in ZOL and FYN groups.Conclusion:Feiyan Ning may reduce the bone destruction and osteoclast activation by inhibiting RANK-RANKL pathway,which dis-plays its application prospect for lung cancer bone metastasis.关键词
